According to the latest MIIT news,National standard GB 4943.1-2022 Audio/video, information and communication technology equipment — Part 1: Safety requirements was published in July 202219 and takes effect from 1 August 2023takes effect.The standard is a modified adoption of IECC 62368-1:2018。
New standard GB 4943.1-2022 will replace GB 4943.1-2011 and GB 8898-2011, becoming the merged safety standard for IT, AV and telecom terminal products, covering CCC categories 08, 09 and 16.
